Take The Mahoning Avenue Improvement Survey

I attended this meeting.  The paper version of the questionnaire was distributed.   The only non-issue questions on the form were "what is your name" and "what is your address".

Who made this survey?   Whoever it is want's a bit too much of my information.

It starts out with my gmail account, which isn't a big deal, but requires my name and address to be entered. I'll stop typing there, thank you.

They also want "a good phone number to reach you" and " a good email address". Kinda strange since they wanted my gmail address.

The last three questions has me wondering what they are really trying to accomplish.

"How old are you?"  None of their business!

"What is your gender?" a sexist question

"Which Racial/Ethnic group do you identify with most? a racist question

We're all Americans and anyone living near Mahoning Ave. are neighbors so age, gender and race shouldn't matter.
