FIRST LEGO League-Main

When: Monday, March 16, 2020 - 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Where: Main Library at MN Large Meeting Room

Be a part of FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) with the library's FIRST LEGO League team. We will use LEGO MINDSTORMS Education EV3 to build and program robots to complete missions based on the CITY SHAPER challenge. Team members will be tasked with figuring out how to build better places to work and live for everyone, ultimately shaping a better future. They will also learn engineering, robotics, teamwork and more as they work together on this challenge powered by FIRST and Star Wars. Team meetings will be held Mondays and Wednesdays for two hours from March 16-April 1 at 4 PM. 

Available spots are very limited and age range is strictly for children ages 9-14 (per FIRST LEGO League rules). Children must be able to attend weekly meetings. Last day for sign-ups is March 16.
