A Celebration of Black History Through Stories-Main

When: Wednesday, February 19, 2020 - 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Where: Main Library at Reader Services-Nonfiction Area

Join us as we celebrate African and African-American culture with folktales presented by storyteller Donna Willingham from the Cleveland Association of Black Storytellers. Learn the history of "Black History Month" and the important role of storytelling that is just as relevant today as in ancient times. All ages welcome. Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult. Large groups please call in advance at 330-744-8636 and ask for the Reader's Services Department.
