Some really great news for Youngstown.

$970M growth plan at V&M Steel mill gains ground

The best part about it is that V&M WILL BE REEMBURSING the city for the money spent and will create 400 jobs, and: "If the V&M expansion doesn't occur, the city would retain ownership of the properties and could lease it to other interested parties."
