Chapters Cafes are independently operated and contribute to the Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County with a portion of their proceeds.  So when you enjoy their food and drinks, you are supporting a locally owned company with local employees.  You are also helping the Library because a portion of everything sold at the cafes supports the Library!

New Seasonings operates the cafes at the East and Newport libraries.  The TBC Coffee Company operates the cafes at Poland and Austintown. New Seasonings and TBC are available for catering for events booked in the library meeting rooms at the branches they serve.
