Idea for City Council to consider

Good way to keep the suburbs out of the city. it was bad enough when i worked in the city and had to pay city income tax, yet couldn't vote against the raise.

WHY are you giving councilmen ideas for new taxes?  If you want to send more money down town thats your right.  But us taxpaying citizens don't need people giving them new ideas about how to take more of the little bit of money the government hasn't taken away yet. Shut up already!!! Damn it!!!
