Northeast Ohio Red Cross sending volunteers, vehicles to help Hurricane Dorian victims

The American Red Cross is preparing to help thousands of people in the path of Hurricane Dorian. According to the release, 19 million people could be impacted by winds, as much as 15 inches of rain and a high storm surge. Nearly 50,000 people in the Southeast could need emergency shelter.
