Hostage situation involving children unfolding in Warren

A Trumbull County dispatcher tells 21 News, a hostage situation involving children is currently unfolding in Warren.  Dispatchers say the situation has been happening on Highland Avenue since calls came in around 4:30 p.m. this afternoon.  Police dispatchers are asking people to avoid the area.  Stay connected with this developing story on WFMJ.com and on the 21 News app.
