Campbell woman arrested after kicking and grabbing pedestrians at I-80 welcome center

A woman from Campbell was arrested in Mercer County Tuesday after allegedly causing a disturbance on Interstate 80. According to the report, the incident occurred around 4 p.m. at the Welcome Center near mile marker one on I-80 East. Police say 43-year-old Latrina Yates was screaming, kicking and grabbing pedestrians and throwing herself on the ground. Officers say Yates refused to leave the area after being asked to by police.
