Kinsman Township was included in a list of communities that Ohio Governor Mike DeWine authorized the use of the State Disaster Relief Program for Friday afternoon.  The SDRP is a reimbursement program that can be used when storm damage amounts do not meet the minimum amount for federal assistance.
