Missing Austintown woman died of natural causes

The Mahoning County Coroner tells 21 News the missing  Austintown woman who was found dead Tuesday died of natural causes.  Officials say 76-year-old Myrtle Hrehor had been missing since Friday, August 9. The coroner also said that the autopsy is being sent to Cuyahoga County and those results could take months to get.  Hrehor was found in a wooded area behind a development off of Route 46.
