Pa. governor to declare gun violence 'public health crisis'

In the wake of recent mass shootings in Dayton and El Paso, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf is expected to sign an executive order today to make changes to executive branch agencies and programs aimed at targeting what Wolf says is a public health crisis of gun violence.
