College prep dorms planned for Valley at-risk students

A school on a mission to help at-risk students in the Valley has desings on stepping up that effort. A news conference is scheduled today to announce a proposal to build two 200-bed dormitories for a college prep school behind the Mahoning County Hich School on Bryn Mawr Avenue in Youngstown.
