Struthers Police: Man leads officials on chase, tells girl 'I'm not going to jail'

After crashing during a police chase with his girlfriend inside the car, a suspect says he tried to swim across the Mahoning River but stopped when he saw Youngstown Police Officers waiting for him on the other side.
