'Disappointed': Auditor reacts to Youngstown's rejection of $3.1M repayment

The Ohio Auditor's office is reacting to Youngstown Mayor Jamael Tito Brown's rejection of the auditor's demand that the city repays $3.1 million, over 15 years, for payments from its water, wastewater and sanitation funds that were used for community projects to expand the city's water systems.
