Block watch group questions Youngstown boarding school proposal

There's concern over a proposed Boarding School being built on Youngstown City School's property.  Mahoning county juvenile judge Thersea Dellick wants the county to build a college prep boarding school for at risk students in grades 7-12 near the former P.
