Central Square in Youngstown to close for Italian Festival

Central Square is closing in preparation for the Greater Youngstown Italian Festival. Starting Wednesday morning, Federal Street between Phelps Street and Walnut Street, and Commerce Street to Boardman Street will be closed. A parking ban will also take effect starting 7 Tuesday night on Federal Street between Phelps Street and Walnut Street, and Commerce Street to Boardman Street.
