Teen arrested after allegedly kicking dog in Boardman

A Boardman teen was arrested Tuesday after family members say he kicked the dog.  According to a police report, the teen became enraged and began kicking the dog after the family's other dog defecated inside the house.   A family member told police the teen threatened to "beat his a--" and left the home when police were called.  Police located the teen on Market Street near Stanton Avenue and he was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.
