New power plant proposed in Lordstown

There maybe a third power plant coming to the area. The Ohio EPA received an application for an air pollution control permit for the proposed Meander Energy Center. They did not provide 21 News with a specific location, but did say the proposal is for property along Salt Springs Road in Lordstown.
