Washed out roads, flood damage reported across Kinsman Township

Flooding is reported across Kinsman Township after storms rolled through the valley early Saturday morning. Power lines were reportedly down in Kinsman Lake near Lakeview Drive NE shortly after 8 a.m.  A homeowner told the Trumbull County 911 Dispatch Center that a bridge washed away and cars were floating in the rising water.  21 News has a crew on the scene where you can see a Lakeview Drive was taken out by rushing flood waters.
