Warren police recover stolen Ohio Edison ATV

Warren police locate a stolen Ohio Edison ATV's after confronting a suspected thief.  On July 18 around 10 am, Ohio Edison reported two ATV's had been stolen from their property.  Police say that whoever stole the vehicles gained entry through the back of Ohio Edison's property by cutting out a portion of the fence.  Later Thursday night police were called to the 1900 block of Parkwood Drive for an ATV complaint.  When police arrived they saw two male...
