New schools CEO meets with teachers, students, community

Incoming Youngstown schools CEO Justin Jennings talks with East High School sophomore Hezekiah Walker during a meet-and-greet Wednesday at the school. An estimated 300 attended to meet Jennings, who will take over Aug. 1.
