Boardman man arrested after allegedly exposing himself at Landis Floors

A Beaver man is facing public indecency charges after being accused of exposing himself while at work.  Beaver Police were called to Landis Floors after they received a call about a man who was standing naked and exposing himself by a window inside of Landis Floors.  Police arrived at the business and saw 71-year-old John Spencer who was fully clothed.  Police say that they asked Spencer what was going on but he insisted that nothing was wrong.  After officers ...
