Western PA Balloon Quest in New Castle

A spectacle in the sky took place in New Castle Friday evening.  At 6:30 p.m. the Western PA Balloon Quest launched hot air balloons into the skies above Scotland Meadows Park. The event was preempted Thursday night by a light-up display with the balloons.  There were also plenty of amusement rides and a D-J at Friday's festivities.  The event continues through the weekend.
