Rulli says leaders are working to fix flooding in Boardman

State Senator Michael Rulli tells 21 News there is a plan to help homeowners in Boardman Township deal with flooding.  Rulli said the long-term, 14-step plan will, however, be costly.  He also said that he supports State Representative Don Manning's plan to remove the now-closed Market Street Elementary to put in a retention pond and is hopeful state leaders can get this local issue included in Ohio's operating budget.
