State Audit finds YCSD overpaid former teacher

A state audit found that the Youngstown City School District overpaid a former teacher. Ohio Auditor of State Keith Faber reported that the district overpaid the teacher just over $6 thousand after she resigned from the district on September 28, 2017.  The auditor has issued a finding for recovery to see the misspent money is restored.
