Rain brings more flooding to the Valley

Rainstorms brought flooding to Boardman once again on Sunday.  Other areas in the Valley are also at risk for flooding.  Issues arose after localized slow-moving downpours lingered over the area for an extended period of time.  A flood watch has been issued for Mahoning County and a flash flood watch for Columbiana County.
