Concert and fireworks at Boardman Township Park canceled

The Boardman Celebration of Independence Day scheduled for Saturday at Boardman Township Park has been canceled.  The event was supposed to feature a concert beginning at 8:00 p.m. followed by fireworks at 9:45 p.m. Officials from the park tell 21 News the event was canceled due to the wet weather and the ground being saturated. Park officials also said that the concert will not be held in the Boardman High School's Performing Arts Center as previously reported....
