Youngstown plans 'Party on the Plaza' for Friday

The City of Youngstown will be bringing back the Party on the Plaza.  Party on the Plaza is the annual outdoor music series that begins on Friday, July 5.  The city is working with the Justice League Restaurant Group, the holding company of O'Donold's Irish Pub & Grill, Suzie's Dogs & Drafts and Rhine Haus Bier Hall to help execute this year's Party on the Plaza.
