Puerto Rican bakery sets up shop in Campbell

A new Puerto Rican bakery opened its doors in Campbell Monday.  Papa's Bakery, a Puerto Rican pastry shop, sells Puerto Rican bread, pastries, cakes, cookies and more.  The owners opened the business after a recent trip to Puerto Rico to perfect baking techniques.  "We just recently went to Puerto Rico and my husband trained down there so that we could get it right because there's nothing in this area, no one here offers that bread," shop owner Jeanete...
