Ohio State reports excess rain impacts tomato plants

Tomato plants have been impacted by too much moisture due to historic rainfall in the region, according to educators and researchers from Ohio State University.  "Tomatoes can suffer several problems related to heavy rainfall, which can shorten their harvest period and affect their yield," said Timothy McDermott, educator, Ohio State University Extension.
