Loan of Rockwell collection causes rift at Butler Art

A more than 20 year affiliation between the Butler Institute of American Art and it's Trumbull branch in Howland could be at an end. The split stems from a decision by the Butler trustees to table an agreement to become custodians of a multi-million dollar collection of works by artist Norman Rockwell depicting the Boy Scots of America.
