Man tells Warren officers he stole from the mall, not Family Dollar

Warren police charged a man with petty theft after he was accused of stealing 17 Hershey bars and two bottles of Champagne from a Warren Family Dollar.  Police responded to a theft happening at the Family Dollar on West Market Street, according to a police report. When officers arrived, a manager showed officers a cell phone photo of the man who just left the store with stolen items and told them where Limbeck was headed.
