Braceville man who is a repeat DUI offender sentenced to eight years in prison

A man who has been convicted of his fourth and fifth felony drunken-driving charges has been sentenced to eight years in prison and he will lose his license for life.  49-year-old Russell Balch who previously pleaded guilty and was sentenced to eight years in prison and his license lost for life.  Balch has now had five felony violations for operating a vehicle impaired and convicted of misdemeanor OVI seven times.  Balch was arrested Dec. 11 in Newton Fall...
