YPD Detective retires after 30 years, also served as federal law enforcement

Youngstown Police Detective-Sergeant Donald Scott is retiring after 30 years at the Youngstown Police Department and was presented with a plaque for his selfless service by Youngstown Police Chief Robin Lees.
