Steak 'n Shake manager from Boardman must repay $18K disability benefits

A Boardman Township woman has been ordered to pay more than $18,000 in restitution after the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation found her working as a Steak ‘n Shake manager while collecting disability benefits.
