Austintown police investigating alleged sexual harassment against young girl's father

Austintown police are investigating after a woman claims that her daughter's father has been sexually harassing her for eight to 10 years.  On April 17, police say that a woman told police that her 13-year-old daughter finally opened up about what has been bothering her for years.  According to the police report, the 13-year-old girl says that her father will give her inappropriate backrubs and pats her on her buttocks.
