Mill Creek files multiple lawsuits over future of bike trail

Controversy over a proposed bike trail in Mahoning County has come to a head with several residents in Green Township now being sued by Mill Creek Park in order to make way for the path.  The effort to build this bike way has been in the works for years. The additional 6.5 miles of proposed bike trail in Mahoning County is part of a bigger project that would stretch roughly 100 miles from Lake Erie to the Ohio River. But, locally the project has hit an impasse.
