Police identify man arrested after climbing Columbiana substation, saying Allah told him to go there

Columbiana Police arrested a Farrell man early Saturday after they say he broke into a city substation and climbed a small electrical tower.  Police responded to the incident around 5:07 a.m. after they received a call from the man, identified as 20-year-old Romeo Jackson, who told them that he thought he had been shocked and that he went to the substation because Allah told him to, and he was waiting further instructions from Allah.  Police tell 21 News they attempted to ...
