Warren prison ministry raises awareness for new federal law

A husband and wife from Warren are working hard to give those behind bars a second chance.  Martha Conyer-Allen, the co-founder of Free Indeed Prison Ministries lifted her voice in front of a crowd of supporters on Thursday night. Conyer- Allen and her husband, Rev. Walter Allen, started the non-profit 17 yeas ago and now hope they can bring more support for a federal law recently put into place, called "The First Act."
