Rep. Tim Ryan hosts first Presidential campaign rally in Youngstown

Rep. Tim Ryan (D) hosted his first 2020 presidential campaign rally on Saturday in Downtown Youngstown. The rally was held outside near the Youngstown Business Incubator on W. Federal Street at 2 p.m. About 1,600 people gathered to cheer on the Congressman as he delivered a 17 minute speech.
