Youngstown City Council purchases police cruisers with traffic cam money

Youngstown City Council has approved the purchase of six new police cruisers with money earned through the traffic camera program.  However, the transportation bill signed into law Wednesday makes the relationship between state funding and speed cameras more complicated moving forward.
