Bluegrass concert raises money for the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley

West Middlesex played host to its first Bluegrass Music Festival Friday to benefit the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley.  The festival is taking place at the Park Inn and will feature more than 20 bands over the weekend and support plans to construct a new shelter in Youngstown.  The Rescue Missions ambassador, Crystal Eckman, says that it's events like this, that are going to get the new facility built.
