Poland Park rape suspect awaiting trial in Mahoning County Jail

The man accused of raping a jogger in Poland Township Park last September has been moved and is now awaiting trial in the Mahoning County Jail.  38-year-old Shawn Wendling scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday to be arraigned. Wendling already pleaded guilty earlier this month to two other rapes in Portage County.
