Lane restrictions on 422 in New Castle resumes Monday

PennDOT has announced that improvement work on Route 422 and Business 422 (Sampson Street) in the City of New Castle, and Union and Mahoning townships will resume on Monday weather permitting. Starting at 7:00 a.m. Monday, long-term single-lane restrictions will be implemented in each direction on Route 422 from Palmer Road in Mahoning Township to West Grant Street on Business 422 in the City of New Castle.
