City of Girard issues boil alert for some residents

The City of Girard has issued a boil alert for some residents after a water main break on Saturday. The alert is issued for those who live in the area of 1960 Tibbetts Wick Road to 5855 Sampson Drive.  City officials say it is issued until further notice.  It is recommended that those in the area boil any water that is used for drinking and cooking.
