New Castle police investigate shooting outside bar

New Castle police are investigating a shooting that happened early Saturday morning. Lawrence County dispatchers tells 21 News the shooting happened around 2:00 AM Saturday morning on East Washington Street on the city's south side. Police were still on the scene outside of the Double D Cafe as of around 4:00 AM.  It's not yet known if anyone was injured or how many people were involved.
