Expect Southern Park improvements before 2020 anniversary, CEO tells Vindy

Lou Conforti, CEO of Washington Prime, the company that owns Southern Park Mall, stands near Gloria Jean's Coffees in the mall's main common area  as he tells The Vindicator about planned improvements at the facility that could include open-air spaces and involve Mahoning Valley students, artists, restaurateurs and entrepreneurs.
