I've heard he is moving back to Washington DC.  Is this true?

FYI
The 59th District does not include the city of Youngstown.
Mr. McCarthy may live in a suburb of Youngstown.

You are correct, the 59th does not include Youngstown and he does live in a suburb; that being Boardman. I live in a surburb as well, but I love Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley as a whole like Dick does.

I urge those reading this to read this small bio about Dick McCarthy, who is running against Ron Gerberry for the 59th District Seat of the Ohio House of Representatives. Dick has a solid position in a firm that is apart of the US Dept. of Defense. Instead of staying in DC for the rest of his life, Dick, who is around the age of 24 or 25, Dick like many people locally are doing, decided to return to Youngstown, the town he loved. His Biography is interesting. He seems like a kid that is like one of us, has a love and a passion for Youngstown. If you live in the 59th District, would you consider voting for him?

BIO:
QuoteDick attended Ursuline High School in Youngstown, graduating with high honors in 2002. While at Ursuline, Dick served as President of the Student Council and Ursuline Italian Club, was a volunteer CCD instructor at St. Christine Parish for children with special needs, and was a member of the Ursuline track, football, and speech & debate teams.

After graduating from Ursuline, Dick attended Georgetown University in Washington, DC, graduating with two degrees in Finance and Accounting. While at Georgetown, Dick was elected by his peers to serve as Chairman of the University's Honor Council, where he was responsible for upholding the University's Honor Code and adjudicating any alleged cases of academic dishonesty. Dick was also selected to represent Georgetown at the International Business Challenge, and was active in Georgetown University Hilltop Consultants, an organization providing consulting services to Washington, DC-based non-profit companies.

Dick is a consultant with the PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Washington Federal Practice.

It was while at Georgetown that Dick McCarthy began his career in public service, serving as a summer intern in the Washington, DC office of U.S. Senator George V. Voinovich, and subsequently working for three years with U.S. Representative Don Young of Alaska while at Georgetown University. As well, Dick worked with the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, where he focused his efforts on a local education initiative.
