Lordstown officials approve moving Hallock-Young Rd for TJX site

The final step to bringing a multi-million dollar distribution site for TJX HomeGoods has been approved by Lordstown Village trustees.  Leaders voted to approve a measure that would reroute a portion of Hallock-Young Road.  TJX Had proposed rerouting a portion of the roadway, allowing them to build where Hallock Young Road currently sits.  The plan would create a through road instead of a culdesac, which has been brought up in previous discussions.  It's still ...
